When using native Dune HD STB UI (e.g. using a PHP plugin) and playing media streams via certain protocols, in some cases, when certain network-related playback problems occur, the UI may show certain error codes on screen. These error codes are described below. 1: Connection to server could have failed or data transfer from server is stalled or is too slow so the STB cannot fill playback buffers in an expected time. The error is detected indirectly by buffering behaviour and generally occurs together with other error(s). 2: Data transfer from server has completely stopped and playback buffers cannot be filled. 16 or 32: Failed to connect to the host specified in HTTP URL. 17 or 33: Failed to connect to the first host redirected to from the host specified in HTTP URL.
